The Long Beach Poly High School Baseball Program proudly carries forward a legacy woven into one of the nation’s most storied athletic traditions. As the “Home of Scholars & Champions,” Poly has spent more than a century developing student-athletes who excel on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities.

Built on the spirit of “Poly Ohana,” the Jackrabbits represent more than a team. They are a lifelong brotherhood bound by pride in the green and gold and the belief that “Once a Jackrabbit. Always a Jackrabbit.” Each generation is entrusted with honoring the legacy of those who came before while inspiring those still to come.

That tradition has produced enduring success. The Jackrabbits have captured four Moore League Championships in the past decade, and from White Sox shortstop Zeb Terry in 1916 to Dodger pitcher James McDonald in 2008, 31 Poly alumni have reached The Show.

At Poly Baseball, every season adds another chapter to a legacy more than 100 years in the making.
